How can we unify the large range of applications and programs that employees are using into one centralized platform that can be used on the go? Specific focus on creating a global system to book workspaces in preparation for return to the office after the pandemic.
How the f— do you make a global app for employees across the world?
You make it standardized - but customizable. Although the base of the app is the same everywhere, (regarding core content and features) the app changes slightly to fit the needs (technical and actual) of employees around the globe.
Sections that can be added and removed with ease + an onboarding that allows each employee to customize the app based on their needs. Boom.
